Raytheon and Kongsberg announced partnering to develop new, long-distance anti-ship missiles during the Farnborough International Airshow.

The Joint Strike Missile’s development is funded by the Norwegian government. Norway is also funding its integration into the F-35 Lighting II jet.

Raytheon is equipping its Tomahawk cruise missile with a seeker. Raytheon is also building the powerful new Air and Missile Defense Radar for U.S. Navy ships.
