Royal Navy warship is an agile, adaptable, multi-purpose frigate that may be deployed at short notice in a wide variety of scenarios, Weapon Engineer Officer Lieutenant Commander Jim Sampson said, was quoted as saying by IB Times.
The warship could detect its target enemy in a matter of seconds somewhere around the North and South even when placed in the middle of the busy motorway of M25, a border that separates London from the rest of the UK.
Seawolf missile is a short range, fast reaction, supersonic, surface to air missile, designed to make a ship capable of self-defence against anti-ship missiles. It is able to deter multiple missile attack and can intercept 114mm shells with precision. The missile is equipped with a tracker sub-sytem, guiding it during enemy target tracking. It has guidance antennas constructed on its missile rear-face wings for précised countermeasures.
