Boeing has received a $67.3 million modification to previously awarded contract for design and development of an E-4B low frequency transmit system.
The total cumulative value of the contract is $433,292,284, US Department of Defense announced on Monday in its press release.
Contractor will provide engineering services to finalize development and deliver a prototype aircraft kit and Work is expected to be complete by Sept. 30, 2016.
Fiscal year 2014 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $819,098 are being obligated at the time of award.
Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity.
