US Army To Get Six DHC-8 Aircrafts

US Department of Defense announced today that Dynamic Aviation Group has been awarded a $39 million contract to purchase of six DHC 8-315 aircraft of Saturn Arch and Desert Owl configuration for US Army.

The contract is expected to be completed by July 17, 2015.

The US Army already operates a fleet of Bombardier DHC-8 (Dash 8) twin-turboprop aircraft for special missions. The latest are being procured in Saturn Arch and Desert Owl counter-IED configurations.
