Alliant Wins Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile procurement Contract For US, Australia, Italy

Alliant Techsystems Operations has won a $118 million contract to procure the Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile (AARGM) services for the US Navy, Australia and Italy.

The procurement includes conversion of AGM-88B High-Speed Anti-Radiation Missiles to 142 AGM-88E All-Up-Rounds and 12 Captive Air Training Missiles.

The work is expected to be completed in December 2018, the company announced Thursday.

Fiscal 2013, 2014 and 2015 weapons procurement (Navy) and Cooperative Partner and Foreign Military Sales funds in the amount of $118 million will be obligated at time of award, $5 million of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
