Work will be performed in St. Louis, Mo., (46 percent), Sacramento, Calif., (28 percent), Mesa, Ariz., (12 percent), Phoenix, Ariz., (4 percent), Andover, Mass., (3 percent), Portland, Ore., (3 percent), Kennedale, Texas, (2 percent), Minneapolis, Minn., (1 percent), Parsons, Kansas, (1 percent), and Santa Clarita, Calif., (less than one percent), and is expected to be completed in Nov. 2010.
