Syrian Army Seizes Cars Loaded With Munitions Bound For Terrorists

The Syrian army foiled an operation to smuggle large quantity of ammunition for medium and heavy weapons coming from the easter boder of Daraa province bound for terrorist organization in Syrian Badiya last week.

Two cars loaded with 35 RPG rounds, 3000 PKC bullets, 3000 assault rifle bullets and grenades were seized by the Syrian army checkpoint on Jaunary 21, 2016. The army arrested the two drivers and referred them to the authorities concerned for interrogation, SANA news agency reported citing an unnamed military source as saying Tuesday.
