Boeing has won a $325 million contract to deliver 15000 Lot 20 Joint Direct Attack Munitions (JDAM) tail kits to US Air Force.

The delivery order also includes technical services task management, non-warranty support induction and evaluation, and system field support, the pentagon said in a statement Thursday.

The JDAM is a low-cost guidance kit that converts existing unguided free-fall bombs into accurately guided "smart" weapons.
