Lockheed Martin To Provide 103 Automatic Radar Periscope Detectors For MH-60R Fleet Upgrade
Lockheed Martin has been awarded a $67 million contract for the manufacture, and delivery of up to 103 AN/APS-153(V) 1 automatic radar periscope detection and discrimination multi-mode radar kits to upgrade the MH-60R fleet aircraft.
Work is expected to be complete by September 2020, US Deprartment of defense said in a statement Friday.
Fiscal 2015 and 2016 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $39 million will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
