A Greek AH-64 Apache Helicopter crash landed into the sea near the northern coast during a training exercise.
The two crew members were recused after the Apache helicopter splashed down Tuesday close to the shoreline east of the northern city of Thessaloniki, abcnews reported.
The crew members were apparently not injured but were transported to a military hospital as a precaution.
The helicopter was participating in SARISA 2016 that was launched on Tuesday, which is a national large scale exercise under the coordination of the 1st Army, involving units and three branches of the Armed Forces and US Special Forces Division.
The cause of the crash landing has not been reported yet.
