L-3 Communications Wins $500 Million Contract For Satellite Communications Services

L-3 Communications has won a nearly $500 million contract from US department of defense to provide common data link and satellite communications support services.

Under $499,987,656 contract, L-3 Communication West provides networked communication for high-data rate, wideband, secure, real-time communication systems for surveillance and reconnaissance for the Department of Defense and other government agencies, the company announced Friday.

Work locations and funding will be determined with each order with an estimated completion date of October, 2021.
