General Dynamics Wins $900 Million US Special Operations Command Wide Mission Support Contract
General Dynamics Awarded Contract for United States Special Operations Command Wide Mission Support

General Dynamics Information Technology has won $900 million SOCOM Wide Mission Support (SWMS) contract from the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).

Under the contract, General Dynamics will support USSOCOM forces and staffs with technical and management functions across the globe over five years.

The company will provide engineering and technical services for major weapon systems, program technical assistance, support systems requirements and assist with production decision-making and program controls.

"General Dynamics Information Technology will continue providing responsive, highly knowledgeable and professional support to meet the needs of the USSOCOM warfighter," said Bernie Guerry, senior vice president of General Dynamics Information Technology's Intelligence Solutions division.

Work under the contract will be carried out by ARMA Global, a subsidiary of General Dynamics Information Technology that supports the global missions of Special Operations Forces.
