Lockheed Martin is being awarded $119.7 million modification agreement for the procurement of initial air vehicle deployment spares packages in support of Air Force F-35 air vehicle delivery schedules.
Work is expected to be completed in July 2022, the US department of defense said in a statement Monday.
Fiscal 2017 aircraft procurement (Air Force) funds in the amount of $119.7 million will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
