Rostec Subsidiary Signs Security Alliance Agreement With French Firm

The SIBER holding company, a member of the Rostec State Corporation, and AMARANTE International, a French company, have entered into a strategic cooperation agreement for forming a security alliance.

The cooperation implies exchange of information, implementation of researches and commercial projects related to various services to be provided in Russia and other countries.

The agreement has been signed for purposes of forming a security alliance. "The strategic alliance with the leading French safety and security service provider possessing an extensive network of branches and rich experience is another important step for our company towards development of international cooperation. I am sure that the arrangements reached by us will allow us to implement joint projects both in Russia and abroad as early as in the next few years," noted Nikolay Volobuyev, Board Chairman of SIBER JSC.
