Huntington Ingalls Wins $200M to Support US Navy’s CVN80 Aircraft Carrier

Huntington Ingalls has won $200.4 million modification contract for the purchase of additional long lead time material in support of USS Enterprise (CVN 80).  

Work is expected to be completed by February 2027, the US department of defense said in a statement Thursday.

CVN-80 will be the third Ford-class aircraft carrier to be built for the US Navy. It is expected to be completed by 2027.
