Lockheed Martin has won a $12.8 million Foreign Military Sales contract to provide refurbishment support services for United kingdom’s AH-64 Apache attack helicopter.

Work to support the multi-role combat helicopters is expected to be completed in August 2020, the US Department of Defense said in a statement Thursday.

The Boeing AH-64 Apache twin-turboshaft helicopters can carry AGM-114 Hellfire missiles and Hydra 70 rocket pods. They have four blades and are rotary-winged.
