Boeing To Supply Display Processors For USAF F-15 Fighters

Boeing has won a $19.6 million contract to supply and integrate Advanced Display Core Processor (ADCP) II to the US Air Force’s F-15 fighter jets, and also study associated risks involved.

According to a statement released by the US Department of Defense on Friday, $10.4 million was awarded to the company for the production and integration of the ADCPII boxes and related equipment into the F-15 platform. Work is expected to be completed by July 31, 2021.

The rest $9.2 million was awarded to Boeing to conduct a study in order to mitigate risks posed to the F-15E to reduce its flight risk from serious to medium. Work is expected to be completed by July 31, 2021.
