Lockheed To Repair US Navy's AEGIS SPY-1 Weapon System

Lockheed Martin has won a $176.4 million contract to repair 1,672 different US Navy's head-of-family part numbers in support of the AEGIS (Advanced Electronic Guided Interceptor System) SPY-1 Weapon System. 

The contract is a five-year contract with no option periods, the US Department of Defense said in a statement Friday.

Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey, and is expected to be completed by August 2024.
