Boeing Outlines Dubai Airshow Exhibits

Boeing on Tuesday announced the names of the aircraft that will be part of static as well as flying displays in the upcoming Dubai Airshow (17-21 November).

Defense static displays include F-15 Eagle tactical fighter, KC-46 tanker, H-47 Chinook and V-22 Osprey helicopters. The company will also present Etihad 787-9, Emirates 777-300ER and Boeing Passenger Air Vehicle (PAV) at the event. Among flying displays is Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, the company said in a statement.

The US Department of Defense also will display several Boeing platforms at the show, including an F-15E fighter, an MV-22 tiltrotor and a KC-46A tanker. The UAE will showcase a CH-47F Chinook helicopter.

A 360-degree theatre highlighting Boeing products and a seating mock-up of the 777X plane will be set up at Boeing’s exhibit.

“Boeing's market outlook values the Middle East commercial airplane and services market at more than $1.5 trillion over the next 20 years. Boeing also anticipates 40% of defense and space opportunities in the next decade will originate outside the US, with strong platform and services growth opportunities in the Middle East,” the company said.
