Turkish Firm to Sell Amphibious Combat Earthmover to Philippines

The Philippine military will receive an armored amphibious combat earthmover from Turkish firm FNSS under a new contract signed between the two parties.

The deal for “Kunduz” marks the first export of the combat earthmover to any country.

“Philippines has placed an order for the Kunduz. The delivery will take place in 2021,” Nail Kurt, CEO of FNSS company was quoted as saying by Anadolu Agency.

The Kunduz is an amphibious, armored, tracked, combat earthmover designed for the preparation of river banks during river-crossing missions. It is capable of doing bulldozing, rough grading, excavating, hauling, and scraping.
