Bulgarian Army selected Environics ChemPro100i chemical agent detectors

Environics announced today that ChemPro100i chemical agent detector has been selected by Bulgarian Army after an open, international bidding contest. ChemPro100i from Environics Oy has won a significant contract to provide chemical agent screening detectors for Bulgarian Army. ChemPro100i's are used to detect CWA's (Chemical Warfare Agents) as well as TIC's (Toxic Industrial Compounds) in international operations in Afghanistan done by Bulgarian Army. The detectors are operated also by Domestic Groups of Bulgarian Army. ChemPro100i provides constant monitoring at sensitive sites and tasks to detect threats. Hand-held ChemPro100i detector operates continuously, sniffing the atmosphere. It will immediately detect the presence and the level of danger, giving a visual and audible alarm.
