Russian Helicopters displayed its latest creations- the VRT500 Manned and VTR300 Unmanned Choppers along with the Ka-62 medium multipurpose helicopter at the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok on Thursday.
The Ka-62 is a multipurpose helicopter, designed using the latest world achievements of the aviation industry, meets Russian and international airworthiness standards, reliability and safety standards for cargo and passenger transportation. The helicopter has a single-rotor design with a multi-bladed tail rotor in the annular channel of the vertical tail. The Ka-62 actively uses polymer composite materials (up to 60% by weight). This made it possible to reduce fuel consumption, increase the speed and load capacity of the machine.
The flight range of the Ka-62 is 700 km, the maximum speed is 310 km / h. Maximum takeoff weight of the helicopter - 6800 kg, capacity - 15 passengers. The Ka-62 can also carry 2 tons of cargo inside the cab and up to 2.5 tons on the external sling. Depending on the customer's requirements, it can be equipped with a rescue winch and a medical module.
The VRT500 is a light coaxial single-engine helicopter with a take-off weight of 1900 kg. The vehicle will receive a modern complex of interactive avionics and the most voluminous cockpit in its class, which can be easily converted from a passenger to a cargo or medical configuration. The performance characteristics laid down in the helicopter will allow it to reach speeds of up to 240 km / h, fly at a distance of up to 900 km and take on board 6 people (1 pilot + 5 passengers) or up to 970 kg of payload.
VRT300 is a helicopter-type unmanned aircraft system with a maximum take-off weight of up to 380 kg. The UAV can be used for terrain monitoring, cargo delivery, forest protection measures, search and rescue of people, and agricultural needs. The drone is capable of carrying a payload of 70 kg, reaching speeds of up to 130 km / h and flying at a range of up to 325 km. Practical flight is 5800 m, maximum flight duration is 5 hours. VRT300 was developed by the VR-Technologies company of the Russian Helicopters holding.
