Rostec’s Forpost Cyber-Attack Countermeasures System Can Repel up to 8M Attacks Per Day

Russia’s Ruselectronics holding revealed at Army-2022 event that the Forpost cyber-attack countermeasures system can repel up to 8 million attacks per day.

The solution, created by the specialists of the Avtomatika concern of the Ruselectronics holding, provides information security and protection against computer attacks on state and corporate information systems, automated control systems for production and technological processes.

Forpost is able to monitor the integrity of resources, create a log of reports and system messages, inventory software, and report on the instability of the complex of technical means.

“The Forpost system complies with all regulatory requirements of regulators in terms of information security and can be adapted to the needs of customers. To date, the solution has already been successfully applied in the interests of state structures,” said Andrey Motorko, Director General of the Avtomatika Concern.

Also, the Forpost system was installed on the Safe City test bench, created by order of the Russian Emergencies Ministry. The test bench was created as part of the R&D of the Russian Emergencies Ministry to develop uniform standards for the development of the Safe City agro-industrial complex. It allows you to simulate scenarios for responding to various types of threats, work out algorithms for interdepartmental interaction, and also increase the efficiency and speed of decision-making in case of emergencies.

The International Military-Technical Forum "Army-2022" is being held on August 15-21, 2022 at the Patriot Congress and Exhibition Center.
