Ukraine Attacks Russian Mortars with Locally-made Punisher Strike Drones

The Ukrainian Special Operations Forces are using Punisher strike drones to destroy a mortar crew of the Russians.

Punisher reusable aircraft are manufactured by UA Dynamics. The UAVs work in tandem with other reconnaissance aircraft.

Punisher can attain maximum speed of 198kmph, has a cruising speed of 22m/s and has an endurance of 90 minutes. The drone uses 75-mm small unguided high-explosive bombs with a length of 500 mm. It is designed to destroy or disable stationary structures, mobile control points, light armored vehicles, transport, and infantry.

The manufacturer said back in April that it will deliver five Punisher drones to Ukraine’s army.

All systems are being produced with the help of volunteer funds and charitable contributions, Ukrainian media reported.
