United Engine Corporation (UEC) of Russia will begin construction of a large factory to manufacture parts for new aircraft engines for aircraft and helicopters with an investments about 35 billion rubles ($ 504 Million).
In four buildings of the new industrial facility, UEC will launch the production of components for a number of TV7-117ST-01/02, PD-14, PD-8 aircraft engines and VK-650V, VK-1600V helicopter engines. It will also house the Additive Technology Center, which will create parts with geometry that is not available with traditional types of processing.

The base site for the new complex was the territory of the Moscow enterprise of the UEC - the Salyut production complex on Budyonny Avenue. The complex will become one of the largest industrial centers of the capital, where more than 13 thousand people will work.
“Rostec’s aircraft manufacturing enterprises have a more than ambitious task to build and supply hundreds of aircraft of various types to customers by 2030. A new industrial complex in Moscow will help realize these plans. Construction will start this year, investments in the project will amount to about 35 billion rubles,” said Sergey Chemezov, General Director of Rostec State Corporation.
