A pilot and backseater of a MiG-23 aircraft ejected just before it crashed during the Yankee Air Museum's Thunder Over Michigan Air Show on Sunday.
The Wayne County Airport Authority (WCAA) confirmed a MiG-23 crashed into a parking lot at the Waverly on the Lake Apartments in Belleville shortly after 4 p.m.
No one on the ground was hurt.
The cause of the crash was not immediately clear.
In a Facebook post shortly after the crash, organizers of the two-day event said they would stop the show due to a "situation" but did not provide further details.
