The Kalashnikov Concern is preparing to unveil the SKAT 350 M UAV, which is being used by the Russians to hit Ukrainian targets in the ongoing war, at the "Expotechnoguard: Day of Advanced Technologies" exhibition in St. Petersburg (April 3 to 5).
This will mark the first public appearance of the SKAT 350 M, a reconnaissance UAV designed for effective surveillance and reconnaissance missions.
Notably, the SKAT 350 M has already been in operational use by units of the Russian Guard operating in the Northern Military District.
In a recent operational deployment, the SKAT UAV played a significant role in facilitating the detection and neutralization of an RM-70 Vampire Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) operated by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kharkov region. The timely transmission of enemy coordinates to the Russian Ministry of Defense enabled the effective neutralization of the threat, preventing potential harm to the city of Belgorod, Rostec said in an official release.
Alongside the SKAT 350 M, Kalashnikov Concern will also modernize small arms, marine equipment, and solutions in dynamic protection, etc., totaling 30 offerings.
