Oshkosh Defense has announced the award of an additional delivery order worth $40 million for the procurement of the Remotely Operated Ground Unit for Expeditionary Fires (ROGUE-Fires) intended for use in the Navy/Marine Expeditionary Ship Interdiction System.
The ROGUE-Fires system, developed specifically for the U.S. Marine Corps, represents an unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) leveraging off-road mobility and payload capacity of the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV), integrated with Oshkosh’s vehicle technologies. Its primary role is to support Ground-Based Anti-Ship Missile (GBASM) operations. The system operates in teleoperated and leader/follower modes, providing a launch platform capable of accommodating various weapon payloads.
Oshkosh Defense will unveil the ROGUE-Fires platform at the upcoming Modern Day Marine event, held from April 30 to May 2 in Washington, D.C.
