Aerosonde Mk. 4.8 HQ UAS

Textron Systems has been selected by the U.S. Army for the Future Tactical Uncrewed Aircraft System (FTUAS) Option 3 and Option 4 award.

This contract entails Textron Systems completing a flight demonstration, MOSA demonstration, and delivering an Aerosonde Mk. 4.8 Hybrid Quad (HQ) uncrewed aircraft system (UAS) to the U.S. Army for test and evaluation purposes.

The Aerosonde Mk. 4.8 HQ is designed with an expeditionary footprint to reduce soldier burden and offers good size, weight, and power (SWAP) characteristics for day and night missions with multi-INT payloads.
