General Dynamics Land Systems announced today the delivery of the first M10 Booker Combat Vehicles to the U.S. Army.
The M10 Booker, designed for the Infantry Brigade Combat Teams (IBCTs), is engineered to operate in diverse terrains, targeting enemy combatants, bunkers, machine gun positions, fortifications, and armored vehicles.
This initial delivery is part of the low-rate initial production (LRIP) phase, where multiple Booker vehicles are provided to the Army for comprehensive testing and logistical evaluations. The M10 Booker features a four-person crew, a thermal viewer, a large-caliber cannon, a lightweight hull and turret, and a modern diesel engine with a transmission and suspension system. The vehicle is designed for future upgrades to meet evolving operational requirements.
