Lockheed Martin and Polish company WZL-1 have announced the inauguration of a Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) Missile Segment Enhancement (MSE) launcher production line at WZL-1 in Damblin, Poland.

The new production line will manufacture transport-launch containers for MIM-104F (MSE) missiles, as part of Poland's "WISŁA" program.

The commencement of the production line will see an influx of 40-50 specialists, augmenting the total workforce at the plant to 250 individuals. Projections indicate that the line will have the capacity to produce up to 150 transport-launch containers annually.

In 2018, Poland inked a deal worth approximately $4.75 billion with the United States to procure the Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) Missile Segment Enhancement (MSE) systems.
