The Yemeni Armed Forces have revealed details of the Palestine 2 hypersonic missile, which targeted a military objective in the Jaffa area of Israel on Sunday.
Footage released showed the moment the Palestine 2 hypersonic missile was launched, introduced today as a new addition to the missile arsenal of the Yemeni Armed Forces.
According to Military Media, the Palestine 2 missile boasts a range of up to 2,150 km and operates on solid fuel in two stages.
It is equipped with stealth technology and reaches speeds of up to Mach 16, allowing it to bypass advanced air defense systems, including the “Iron Dome.”
The missile’s high maneuverability further enhances its ability to penetrate enemy air defenses.
No significant damage
While the Yemeni Houtis are celebrating the missile launch, it appears to have caused minimal damage on Israeli soil. First responders were seen putting out the fire in a countryside area in images released to the Israeli media.
