Damen Shipyards Cape Town has delivered an FCS 3307 patrol vessel to Homeland Integrated Offshore Services Ltd. (Homeland IOSL) in Nigeria.

The vessel, chartered by an international energy company, will perform offshore patrol duties to protect personnel, assets, and the environment in Nigerian waters.

This is the tenth Damen-built vessel to join Homeland IOSL's fleet. The contract for the vessel was signed last year.

The FCS 3307 Patrol includes Damen’s Sea Axe hull technology for high speeds, fuel efficiency, and stability. It has a large aft deck for cargo transfer and includes custom features like ballistic protection, a fuel monitoring system, a night vision camera, and a daughter craft for extended operations.

The company is providing crew training, spare parts, and access to its technical facilities as part of the contract.
