U.S Department of Defense has awarded $190 million radar contract to Raytheon
The Missile Defense Agency is announcing the award of a sole-source fixed-price-incentive-fee modification to Raytheon Co., Integrated Defense Systems, Woburn, Mass., under the HQ0006-03-C-0047 contract. The target price of the award is $189,789,861. Under this modification, Raytheon will fabricate AN/TPY-2 radar. The work will be performed in Woburn, Mass. The performance period is from September 2010 through October 2012. Fiscal 2010 procurement funds will be used to fund this effort.
