French defense giant Dassault Aviation has entered into a second Indian contract just weeks after winning the MMRCA deal. Dassault and Reliance Industries Limited have partnered in the defence and homeland security sector in India, the Press Trust of India reported. "Dassault Aviation, a major player in the global aerospace industry, has entered into an MoU with Reliance Industries, for pursuing strategic opportunities of collaboration in the area of complex manufacturing and support in India", said an official representing both companies told PTI. The report also indicates the possibility of the two companies working together in the Medium-Multirole Combat Aircraft (MMRCA) deal, meanwhile after finalising the deal, Dassault will have to reinvest 50 per cent of the worth of the deal back into Indian defence sector.
