Indonesia To Buy 180 Block I Javelin Missiles From U.S

Indonesia has requested the U.S government 180 Block I Javelin Missiles and associated equipment, parts, training and logistical support for an estimated cost of $60 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency notified Congress of a possible Foreign Military Sale to Indonesia for 180 Block I Javelin Missiles, 25 Command Launch Units (CLU), Missile Simulation Rounds (MSR), Battery Coolant Units (BCU), Enhanced Basic Skills Trainer, Weapon Effects Simulator, batteries, battery chargers, support equipment, spare and repair parts, personnel training and training equipment, publications and technical data, U.S. Government and contractor technical assistance and other related logistics support. The principal contractors will be Raytheon/Lockheed Martin Javelin Joint Venture (JJV).
