Raytheon Wins $402 Million Radar Modification Contract

Raytheon Company is being awarded a contract modification worth under indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.

The value of this contract modification is $402 million, increasing the total ceiling value from $307 million to $710 million.

Under this modification, the contractor will continue software maintenance, models and simulations, engineering support and Ballistic Missile Defense System test planning, execution and analysis for X-Band radars. This modification will also include software development.

The work will be performed in Woburn, Mass. The ordering period is from date of award through Oct. 31, 2016.
