Revision Military has been selected to supply the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) - Troop Support with 90,000 Advanced Combat Helmets (ACH) under a new contract announced on 13 January, valued at $21 million.

The order follows the company’s recent selection as a development partner for the US Army's Integrated Head Protection System (IHPS), which aims to develop the army's next widely-fielded head protection system.

Jonathan Blanshay, CEO, Revision, was quoted as saying by Shephard, “Revision is proud to answer the US military's call for an additional 90,000 ACH helmets. We're a proven and dependable supplier having delivered over a million helmets from [our] Newport manufacturing facility.”

‘In addition to leveraging existing manufacturing technologies to deliver head protective solutions for today-like the ACH-we're also shaping the future of soldier protection with innovative composite materials, new manufacturing processes and integrated designs.’

Revision has fulfilled a number of large-scale US and international military helmet orders, including a previous contract with the DLA for 90,000 units.
