LCA Fighter’s Carrier Landing to Speed up Indian Twin Engine Naval Jet Programme

The Locally-made aircraft carriers- IAC -1 and 2 will benefit hugely from the LCA which will serve as a technology demonstrator for carrier jet operations.

The successful landing on an aircraft carrier by India’s Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) Tejas will come as a shot-in-the-arm for India’s Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft (AMCA), a twin-engined-Fifth Generation jet having both land and carrier versions.
