New Naval Weapon Systems At IMDS-2019

Russia's state-owned Rosoboronexport will be unveiling new naval defense hardware at the IMDS 2019 International Maritime Defense exhibition to be held July 10 -14, 2019 at the Lenexpo Exhibition Complex in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Gepard-3.9 frigate

The Russian Gepard-class frigates is a class of frigates that were intended as successors to the earlier Koni-class frigates and Grisha, and Parchim-class corvettes. It is armed with 8 Kh35 Anti ship missiles or 8 Kalibr missiles along with other armaments.

Project 22800E: Karakurt-E warship

The Karakurt class, Russian designation Project 22800 Karakurt, is a class of small missile ships for the Russian Navy.The class was created as a cheap alternative for larger Admiral Grigorovich class frigates and have a stealth shaped superstructure and are armed primarily with Kalibr or P-800 Onika missiles.

Project 20382 Tigr corvette
