Egypt’s Special Forces are eyeing to buy the Russian intelligence system 'Strelets'.
An Egyptian military delegation attended a counter-terrorism training session for the district’s troops, which involved 1,200 soldiers and 400 units of military hardware.
"We watched the Strelets intelligence system in operation… We liked the system, and we would like to have it at our forces' disposal," the head of the Egyptian delegation was quoted as saying for the press service of Russia’s Central Military District.
The Strelets intelligence system transmits enemy coordinates, which it determines with the help of radiolocation and satellite navigation systems.
