Rostec Denies Signing Of S-400 Missile Systems Contract With India

Russia’s state corporation Rostec has denied reports that the contract has been signed for the delivery of the Triumph S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems to India.

“A contract for delivering the Triumph S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems to India is not yet concluded,” Sergey Chemezov, director-general of the Rostec State Corporation told journalists on Wednesday, TASS reported.

"The contract has not yet been signed," Chemezov said.

Earlier on Wednesday, various Indian media outlets reported with reference to the Indian defense minister that the contract for delivery of Russian S-400 systems had already been signed.
