US Navy Awards $43 Million Contracted Subsonic And Supersonic Aircraft For Threat Simulations

The US Navy has awarded a $43.1 million contract to the Airborne Tactical Advantage Company to exercise an option in support of the Contracted Air Services (CAS) Program.

The CAS Program provides contractor owned and operated Type III High Subsonic and Type IV Supersonic aircraft to United States Navy Fleet customers for a wide variety of airborne threat simulation capabilities.

Work is expected to be completed in May 2017.
