Cobham Wins $18 Million Airborne Electronic Warfare Order

Cobham received orders from a leading Defense firm for radio frequency (RF) microelectronics and antenna assemblies that support an airborne Electronic Warfare (EW) program.

Cobham recently received a series of orders from a leading Defense firm for radio frequency (RF) microelectronics and antenna assemblies that support an airborne Electronic Warfare (EW) program valued at approximately $18M, the company said in a statement Monday.

The work will be performed by the Lansdale, Pennsylvania, San Jose and San Diego, California locations of the Cobham Advanced Electronics Solutions sector.

Jill Kale, President of Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions said, "Our microelectronic components and assemblies enable EW system sensitivity while our strong antenna expertise helps the warfighter communicate, maintain situational awareness, and stay safe."
