Pelatron Awarded F-16 Systems Program Support Contract

Pelatron Technologies has been awarded the US Air Force contract worth $22 million to provide engineering support for F-16 systems programs.

“Pelatron Technologies LLC, Lindon, Utah, has been awarded a $22,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for F-16 systems program office support,” the US Department of Defense announced Thursday.

Under the awarded contract, Pelatron will provide support to multiple F-16 programs, to include software engineering, systems engineering design and interface design, ground test and flight test, information assurance and cybersecurity, aircraft integration, sustainment engineering, and intelligence analyst engineering, the statement said.

Work will be performed at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, and is expected to be complete by Dec. 4, 2021.

This contract includes a small portion of foreign military sales. Fiscal 2015 and 2016 operations and maintenance; 2015 and 2016 Air National Guard procurement; and European participating Air Forces funds in the amount of $4,495,967 are being obligated at the time of award, the statement added.
