Lockheed Martin Inks US Navy Contract To Provide Radar Kits

Lockheed Martin has won nearly $66 million in contracts from US Navy to produce Automatic Radar Periscope Detection and Discrimination (ARPDD) radar units.

The multi mode radar kits will be used to upgrade the MH-60R fleet aircraft and also the funding will be used for the integration of Advanced Off-Board Electronic Warfare Active Mission Payload in MH-60R/S Aircraft's Avionics Operating Program.

The work will take place at the Owego location and the contracts are expected to be completed in 2020.
