Lockheed Martin Wins $23 Million for US Navy’s Electronic Warfare Contract

Lockheed Martin is being awarded a $23 million modification contract to exercise options for engineering manufacturing and development for advanced off-board electronic warfare (AOEW).

The AOEW program will provide an electronic warfare mission package to integrate with a flight vehicle. The AOEW program will provide MH-60 helicopters with enhanced electronic warfare surveillance and countermeasure capabilities against anti-ship missile threats, US department of defense said in a statement Monday.

Work is expected to be completed by November 2018.
