The United States state department has approved a Foreign Military Sale of three SEAL Delivery Vehicles (SDV) MK 11 Shallow Water Combat Submersibles (SWCS) for an estimated cost of $90 million to the United Kingdom.

The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale on September 19, 2018.
