Israeli Warplanes Use US Base to Strike Iranian Targets in Iraq: Reports

Israeli fighters that launched airstrikes against Iranian targets in Iraq close to Iran-Iraq border reportedly took off from US' base in Baltnf, Syria.


The bombing has reportedly killed 40 people, and a 100 more were left injured.


A source who is employed in Qudds force, an external arm of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, accused Israel of bombing of a base in Ameri, which is only 80 km from the Iranian-Iraqi border, Kuwait's Aljarida reported on Friday.


"Iran has accurate information that the Israeli aircraft were launched from US base in Baltnf, Syria," he said.


The source has also stated that the American forces refuse to lend credence to the notion of Israel committing this act.
