AAI Corp wins $49 million contract for SHADOW UAV

AAI Corp. Hunt Valley, MD., was awarded on Sept. 22, 2009 a $49,185,103 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the SHADOW unmanned aerial vehicle system, over and above work for EFI. Work is to be performed in Hunt Valley, Md., with an estimated completion date of Oct. 31, 2009. One bid was solicited with one bid received.
